Yes it is perfectly safe to use WaRespond as long as you use it responsibly. You will only be banned if sufficient number of people report your number as spam hence you do not want to send out cold messages to people you do not know. You can do so by using more numbers. We have plans that provide more WhatsApp accounts for you.

WaRespond works with personal or business WhatsApp accounts. Unless the number you are using is a WhatsApp business number, it will not have a green tick.

Yes, you can. You will need to activate Multi-Device Beta in your WhatsApp Web to be able to use WaRespond, alongside 4 other devices.

WaRespond is cloud hosted. You need to be connected to the Internet to access WaRespond. However, all the automations, chatbots and auto-replies will run even if you’re not connected. Do note that, you will still need to be connected to the Internet if you wish to manually reply to any messages you receive on your WhatsApp number.
